Shipping policy
We know you are excited to receive your order - and we are stoked to get it to you!
Couple of notes about shipping:
• All purchases will be shipped within 24-48 hours of completed checkout. Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, both processing and shipping times may be extended and/or delayed.
• Purchases made on Sundays or Federal Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
• Shipments will arrive via USPS First Class. USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
• All shipping costs are calculated based on item weight and packaging.
• Tracking information and updates will be automatically sent as it moves through the U.S. Postal System or UPS. (Be sure to add us to your whitelist or check your junk mail in case it accidentally got redirected there!)
• Didn't receive your tracking number? That's ok! We can look it up for you. Contact Us (be sure to include your order number in the message).
• International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Due to restrictions and service interruptions across the globe due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to ship to some countries. Please contact us using the contact form or the chat box to inquire about whether or not we are able to ship to your country. If we are able to ship to your country, we will process your order manually by creating and sending an invoice for remittance. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this!
