How do shirts fit? What size should I get?
Each product has a size guide link in the item description or a size chart in product photos. Our team has personal recommendations of general fit on each product description as well. If you're still stuck and not sure which size to get, you can message our team on the contact page.

Help! I put the wrong shipping address in at checkout.
That happens, but not to worry! If your order has not shipped yet, just email us with the correct address. Make sure you have your order number in your message.

My order didn't fit, can I exchange for another or return for a refund?

Can I use gift cards at a show?
Gift cards are good for online merchandise available on this website only. They are not redeemable at a venue, festival, or private show, or at any other point of sale location.

Do you offer local pickup?
All orders placed online are only available for shipping only at this time. If that changes, we will update this section. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of processing and are shipped via USPS. Please note that shipment time has increased substantially due to the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please visit the Shipping Policy page for other details on shipping. 

I live outside of the U.S. - why can't I place an order?
Due to circumstances surrounding the global COVID-19 pandemic, many service interruptions exist internationally. We may be able to manually process an order for you and deliver to your country.  Please contact us via the chat box or the contact page with the following:
1. Your desired items to purchase and quantities
2. Your postal address for shipping
We promise to do everything we can to get Shinyribs merch to you. Thank you for your patience and bearing with us while we must take extra steps for our international friends.
