Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds may only be issued if an item was received defective or damaged, and we must be notified of such within 30 days from purchase. However, we do understand that extenuating circumstances do exist. To inquire about the return of a non-defective or damaged item, please contact us via the contact page or the chat box with your order number and request. Gift cards are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we are able to issue you a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note in can take from 5-10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded if applicable, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use the contact form or the chat box to start an exchange.
Shipping Costs
